Collective Haul Part 1

I know I shouldn't have.. but I was in town anyway picking up a new nail polish for a client.. and I sorta just fell into Boots.. and I had vouchers... Is that enough justification?!

I got a mix of skin care, make up and nail polishes from Sallys, Boots and Cosmeticsfairy.co.uk

Unfortunately I've checked the CF website and neither of these lip products seem to be on there anymore.. But I'm so glad I managed to pick up the Infallible lipstick while I could! It's a beautiful 'my lips but better' colour and was only 99p!!! I'm not as keen on the GlamShine Lipgloss thingy.. at £2.99 I couldn't of gone wrong, but It needs so many coats to be opaque .. ain't nobody got time for that!

Also from CF I picked up these 3 mini Essie polishes for 99p each and all of them are still available here.

Tea tree & witch hazel night treatment gel (£2.99 + Extra points thingy) , No7 Cleansing water (£9.50 - No7 £5 off voucher making it £4.50) and Boots Botanics cleansing balm (Currently on offer for £6.48 and I had a £2 off voucher making it only £4.48).

If you've seen my recent blog post about 'project use up' .. You may join even me in the question of, why the hell do you need more cleansers woman?!! It was the vouchers, they suckered me in! Officially not buying anymore skincare till next year now! Maybe even 2016!

July Haul

Just a few items I picked up on my trip to Lanzarote, through duty free and when were back in London.

Clinique mini chubby stick in super strawberry in Glamour magazine £2 (they also had another pinky colour, the dramatically different lotion and the high impact mascara too I believe).

Of course whilst in duty free I had to go to MAC! I picked up these two beauties (which annoyingly look very similar just sitting there!) I got Speak Louder - which is my new favourite! & Lustering - which I'm not very happy with. (Swatches at the bottom of this post). £12.50 each.

Bourjois waterproof eye make up remover. I can't remember how much this was but I think It was around 3-5 Euros.

I was so happy to see this Essence stand in a store we found in Puerto Del Carmen. Both items were 2.89 Euros each.

I swear when I swatched the tester for Lustering It was a lot more opaque than this, which is why I'm a little disappointed now having paid out £12.50 for it.

A little random but I picked these up on the plane both for £20 (or £15 each.. no brainer!!)

Slight splurge when me and my friend popped into London.. I had a generous sample of this cleanser last year and absolutely fell in love so had to pick up the full size.. at a slightly gutting £33, the lovely lady who served me also gave me a few samples of serum too! Yay!

There was no real reason to buy another dry shampoo, other than the fact I'd never seen this Aussie one before.. (and look what it says in the 'directions'). I picked it up in Boots whilst we were in London for £3.33
On the other hand, there was very good reasoning for jumping on the very late tangle teezer band waggon.. When on the train to gatwick airport.. I realised I'd forgotten to pack my hair brush!! I'd packed a comb, but that just wouldn't cut it for how long I needed it.. so I gave in and bought the pink beauty in Boots at Gatwick for £10.99

Haul (Primark, Boots and Newlook) - 1.3.14

A few weekends ago when I was feeling sorry for myself, I of course went shopping. Now I didn't pick up very much, but I'm happy with what I got and I thought I'd share it with you :)

First off I had to take advantage of the big 3 for 2 event in Boots..  Dove dry shampoo - £4.59. Herbal Essences Moroccan shine shampoo - £3.79. Rimmel Match Perfection foundation (100 Ivory, sadly too dark) - £6.99. Seventeen phwoarr paint concealer (Fair) - £5.49.  L'oreal Super Liner - Around £6.

On eBay I picked up these little sample pot things so I could decant the end of my concealer like I did in this post. And they were £2.69 (Link to item)

In Newlook I picked up a new handbag, did I need a new one?! No, probably not but I felt ill so thought I'd just treat myself. It was £19.99 (available here) + I did get my 10% student discount off that and the 'scrunchies' shown above which were £2.99 (available here).

And of course no trip to town is complete without a trip to 'ol Primark .. Unfortunately nothing really took my fancy apart from this above skater skirt which I nabbed for £1!! Bargain! And one of the £5 basic skater dresses (shown below)

Hopefully my next haul will be a little more exciting, but I'm officially skint for the next week and a half! Sad times..

Post Christmas Sales Haul..

Well hello there, 2nd post of the evening (getting behind with posts I wanted to get up before new years). I've brought you my sales purchases today..

I'll start with Lush..

Bombardino (bath bomb), what Lush say: Sit back and relax in a bath of creamy Alpine indulgence. With skin-softening cocoa butter and uplifting Sicilian lemon oil.

Shoot for the stars (bath bomb), what Lush say; This one is for all you star gazers out there, creating a magnificent bath with swirling lusters and beautiful colours. As various and enchanting as the night sky.

Luxury Lush Pud (bath bomb), what lush say; This year, our lil' Lush pud has had a luxurious makeover... with a soothing lavender fragrance and calming pastel colours, this bath bomb is perfect for bed time, or any time you want to relax.

Magic Wand (reusable bubble bar) what Lush say; You shall go to the ball. Squeaky clean and smelling of Snow Fairy. A reusable bar star that gives mounds of sweet-smelling foam. This is a solid version of our best selling Snow Fairy shower gel for those who prefer to bathe.

As all of these were limited editions for Christmas, they were all half price on boxing day onwards.. yay! I can't remember the exact prices, but I remember getting all 4 products for around £7, win!

£30 down to £15!

I also went to Boots, as we all know all the Christmas gift sets become half price come boxing say (Or on Christmas eve online, if your on the ball). Anyway...
Firstly I grabbed this Remington conical wand kit thingy (Glam goddess I believe) Which included the wand itself, a make-up bag, a hairband, a heat proof glove and a shimmer brick (shown above).

£5
L'oreal skin care set including the skin perfection micellar solution + Triple action day multi-protection moisturiser.

£8

Soap & Glory Set including Foam Call body wash + Butter Yourself body cream. I bought this without even smelling it, which turned out to be a bad idea, as I'm not too keen on it. But now I have it, it's always a possible gift for somebody for a upcoming birthday or Christmas.

I didn't get as much as I thought I would, but I'm happy with what I did find :) Did you get any good sale bargains?
